This Wild Specialty Beer presents an indulgent sensory experience, merging the rustic tartness of a wild fermentation with the lush, dessert-like profile of a smoothie ale. Intensely fragrant, the aroma leads with ripe, creamy banana and the bright, floral snap of fresh blueberry. On the palate, the interplay between lactic acidity and fruit sugars creates a vibrant sweet-tart balance. The blueberry provides a deep, jammy depth, while the banana adds a silken, soft mouthfeel.
