SEMOH Dutch Lunch reimagines the classic German Pils through a modern West Coast lens, offering an exceedingly crushable experience. Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves persistent lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity. Forward citrus and tropical fruit hop notes are layered over traditional flowery and spicy scents. Low grainy-sweet malt character presents as toasted crackers and a hint of honey. Clean fermentation profile with no sulfur or diacetyl.
