This Imperial Stout presents a dark and enigmatic sensory profile, defined by the interplay of rich roasted malts and specific adjunct additions. The aroma leads with intense notes of bittersweet chocolate and coffee, layered with deep cherry fruitiness and a distinctive marzipan-like almond nuttiness. The palate follows suit, offering a complex blend of dark-roasted grain and tart cherry flesh that cuts through the underlying sweetness. A smooth, warming finish reveals lingering notes of black licorice and cocoa.
