Seeker Brewing DDH DIPA (Bracket Collab)

This collaborative Double IPA between Seeker and Bracket radiates an intense sensory profile driven by a massive grain bill of pale malt, wheat, and oats. These grains provide a velvety, substantial body that supports a heavy saturation of Idaho 7 Cryo and Mosaic, delivering layers of ripe stone fruit and dank tropical resins. The addition of Super Sauvin and Nelson Sauvin Sub Zero Hop Kief adds a distinct white wine and gooseberry complexity. It finishes with a firm, integrated bitterness and a subtle warmth from the 8.6% ABV, ensuring the aggressive hop character remains the focal point throughout the experience.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a persistent, creamy white head and excellent lacing. Notable haze present due to the high protein content of the wheat and oats.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passionfruit, white grape, and crushed gooseberry. Secondary layers of blueberry, citrus, and stone fruit emerge, supported by a low, clean, grainy malt background and a hint of smooth alcohol.
Taste. High intensity hop flavors dominated by tropical fruit, resinous pine, and apricot. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but smooth, avoiding harshness. The malt provides a soft, bready support that balances the hop saturation. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, resinous hop character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably smooth and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, integrated alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh astringency.
