Seagrove Public’s Side Quest is a vibrant American IPA that leans into a modern, fruit-forward profile. The aromatic leadership of Mosaic and El Dorado drives intense notes of blueberry and stone fruit, while Bru-1 adds a distinct layer of fresh, sweet pineapple. Anchoring this bright fruitiness, Columbus hops provide a resinous, slightly dank backbone that provides depth against the sweeter fruit impressions. A base of pale malts offers a clean, cracker-like foundation, ensuring the hops remain the central focus. Despite its approachable strength, it finishes with a crisp, dry snap and a lingering, firm bitterness that defines the style.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a brilliant clarity, though a very faint haze is acceptable. It supports a medium-sized, persistent white head with moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, pineapple, and berry notes. A background of pine and resin supports the fruit. Malt is low and clean, reminiscent of white bread or cracker. Fermentation is very clean with no significant esters.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of pineapple, melon, and citrus. A firm, medium-high bitterness immediately follows. The malt provides a low, grainy support without caramel sweetness. It features a clean fermentation profile and a dry, hoppy finish with a lingering resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing bite. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated, with no astringency from the hops.
