At 8.5% ABV, it offers a smooth, warming presence that enhances the dark malt complexity. Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). Topped with a large, persistent, light brown head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity featuring strong roasted coffee and dark chocolate. The distinctive, sweet, and floral scent of Vainilla Bourbon de Madagascar is prominent, softening sharper burnt notes. Subtle resinous hop notes and a clean, smooth alcohol warmth are present in the background.
