The foundation of Maris Otter and Golden Promise malts provides a soft, bready backbone, further enriched by the inclusion of Oat and Wheat for a plush texture. Sabro dominates the sensory experience with distinct notes of creamy coconut and earthy mint, while Idaho 7 adds resinous pine and apricot depth. A touch of Citra provides a bright tangerine lift. The result is a vibrant, juice-forward summit reward that balances tropical richness with a clean, hop-centric finish.
Appearance. Straw to light orange with an opaque, hazy shine; features a persistent, white, meringue-like head with high retention.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent coconut, apricot, and tangerine. Secondary notes of resinous pine and cool mint over a clean, lightly bready malt background.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors of stone fruit and citrus, followed by a creamy coconut mid-palate. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
