Eye Candy is a captivating Double New England IPA that leans into the lush, tropical potential of its Citra and Riwaka hop profile. The aroma is an immediate vortex of punchy passionfruit and bright citrus, supported by a soft, pillowy foundation of wheat and oats. On the palate, the experience is intensely juicy and bold, offering a creamy, smooth mouthfeel that belies its 7.5% strength. While the bitterness remains restrained in favor of a modern, fruit-forward balance, the combination of citrus zest and exotic fruit notes lingers pleasantly. It is a vibrant, hazy expression of retro-inspired craft, prioritizing hop saturation and a velvet-like texture.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a thick, persistent off-white head that leaves dense lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passionfruit, lime zest, and sweet citrus. A supportive, grainy, and slightly bready malt character from the wheat is present in the background, alongside very light fruity esters.

Taste. A bold initial impression of tropical fruit juice. Strong hop flavors of passionfruit and orange dominate, supported by a soft, clean, neutral malt base. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering citrus and tropical fruit aftertaste.
