This Hazy IPA from Schwarze Rose delivers an intense olfactory experience driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Citra, Enigma, and Callista. The focus on fresh Enigma provides distinctive notes of juicy white grapes and red berries, while Citra and Callista contribute layers of vibrant passion fruit and sun-ripened apricot. Built on a silky multi-grain malt base, the beer offers a signature pillowy texture that carries these lush fruit flavors across the palate. Despite its soft, juice-like character, it maintains a proper bitterness for balance, ensuring a clean, drinkable finish that perfectly complements its complex tropical and stone fruit profile.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Crowns with a thick, meringue-like white head that shows high retention and leaves dense lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of white grape, red berries, and tropical passion fruit. Secondary notes of apricot and citrus are supported by a clean, lightly bready, grainy malt backbone with a neutral fermentation profile.
