This West Coast-inspired American IPA offers a straightforward, punchy sensory experience defined by a deliberate selection of classic and contemporary hops. Intense citrus notes from Citra and Cascade lead the charge, delivering sharp grapefruit and lemon zest, while Loral introduces a nuanced floral and herbal backdrop. The aroma is pierced by a distinct resinous pine character that transitions into a clean, assertive bitterness on the palate. At 7% ABV, it maintains a crisp, lean profile with a dry finish, eschewing heavy malt sweetness for a focused hop presentation that remains refreshing, bright, and remarkably clear in the glass.

Appearance. Color is medium gold to light copper with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, off-white head characterized by good persistence and moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit and orange peel from Citra and Cascade. Loral hops contribute subtle floral and peppery spice notes, underscored by a clean, resinous pine scent. Malt presence is low and neutral, providing a light crackery backdrop with no significant fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a bold surge of citrus zest and pine resin. The hop flavor is high, mirroring the aroma with grapefruit and herbal spice.
