Schwarze Rose

Orange-golden in color, this American IPA presents a vibrant sensory fusion. The aroma is highly intense, led by tropical notes of pineapple and mango, underscored by citrus layers of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Subtle floral and spicy hop nuances emerge alongside a clean, grainy malt backbone. On the palate, the hop-forward character remains prominent, balanced by a moderate bitterness that yields to a smooth, creamy finish. Despite its full body, the beer maintains high drinkability with a refined carbonation. It harmonizes the bold, fruit-driven traits of modern hop varieties with a soft, structured mouthfeel that lingers with a touch of citrus zest.

Appearance. Orange-golden hue (7-9 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical pineapple and mango, accompanied by sharp citrus notes of grapefruit and orange peel. A low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops, while light floral and spicy notes add complexity. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Decidedly hop-forward with layers of mango, pineapple, and lemon. Low to medium-low grainy malt provides a supportive base without caramel sweetness. Hop bitterness is moderate and well-integrated. The finish is medium-dry and exceptionally smooth, with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Full body with a notable creamy texture and smooth mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. Displays light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
