Boogie Safari is a vibrant West Coast Style IPA that prioritizes clarity and a punchy, bitter profile. The malt base, featuring barley and a touch of wheat, provides a clean, crisp canvas for an intensive hop program. A massive addition of Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret, Enigma, and Amarillo drives the sensory experience, delivering a sophisticated bouquet of dry white wine, zesty lemon, and orange. Mid-palate notes of red berries and resinous pine emerge, leading into a refreshing, lean finish. At 6% ABV, it balances drinkability with a firm, lingering bitterness, embodying the classic hop-forward American IPA spirit with modern, fruit-driven hop nuances.
Appearance. Pours a brilliant, medium gold with exceptional clarity and a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma dominated by white wine grapes and pineapple. Secondary notes of zesty orange and lemon peel mingle with a subtle red berry character. A backdrop of resinous pine and very low, clean, grainy maltiness completes the profile.
