Appearance. SRM 3-4. Deep yellow with a moderate to full haze. Presents a tall, frothy white head with good retention and tight bubbles. Highly effervescent.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Distinctive fresh cucumber and floral dill notes dominate, supported by a light bready and doughy malt backbone. A faint lemony acidity and a clean, mineral sea-salt character are present. No hop aroma or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and refreshing. Moderate bready wheat malt flavors provide a foundation for bright cucumber and herbal dill flower notes. Bitterness is very low. A light salt character is noticeable but not overt, adding a round, savory dimension. Finishes bone-dry with lingering acidity and a crisp, botanical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a high, effervescent carbonation level. The salt provides a slight tingly, mouthwatering sensation. Very refreshing with no alcohol warmth.
