This American IPA presents a vibrant intersection of New World hop cultures, blending the punchy citrus and resinous traits of American varieties with the bright, tropical-tinged zest of New Zealand hops. A lean, pale golden base built on light biscuit malt notes provides a clean, unobtrusive platform that allows the hop character to remain the primary focus. The experience is defined by a lively citrus burst that carries through to a crisp, dry finish. Appearance. Pale golden (approximately 6 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Large, foamy white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent citrus notes of grapefruit and lime zest, accompanied by tropical fruit and light pine. Supporting malt is low and clean, displaying light biscuit and grainy characteristics. Clean fermentation profile with negligible esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impact of citrus zest and resin. Low biscuit malt flavor supports the hops without adding cloying sweetness. Medium-high bitterness is clean and sharp, typical of the style. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of citrus peel and resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body. Smooth texture with moderate to high carbonation. Very light, subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No harshness or astringency.
