Satan Gold presents as a brilliant, sun-drenched golden ale, characterized by a complex interplay of fruity esters and delicate spice. Utilizing Pale Ale malts, the grain bill provides a soft, grainy-sweet foundation that supports a vibrant bouquet of pear and pome fruit. Subtle herbal hop notes and a refined peppery phenolic character emerge, enhanced by the brewer's addition of select spices. Despite its strength, this Belgian Golden Strong Ale remains exceptionally light on the palate, driven by high carbonation and a crisp, bone-dry finish that elegantly masks its potent warmth and complexity.

Appearance. Golden-yellow (4-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a massive, long-lasting, rocky white head that leaves characteristic Belgian lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity bouquet featuring prominent pear and apple esters, moderate peppery phenols, and floral or herbal hops. The malt base is nearly neutral with a faint grainy-sweetness, accompanied by a soft, perfumy alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression of pome fruit esters and light grain-sweet malt. Followed by peppery alcohol and herbal hop flavors. Moderate bitterness is accentuated by the high attenuation, leading to a long, very dry, and spicy finish.
