Appearance. 3–6 SRM; straw to deep yellow with a turbid, opaque clarity that maintains a healthy shine. Topped with a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop and fruit aroma dominated by fresh, sweet strawberry. Background notes of citrus and tropical fruit are supported by a clean, neutral, and lightly bready malt character. No caramel or toast; fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is fruit-forward with high strawberry flavor. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with tropical and citrus notes. Perceived bitterness is moderate, providing enough balance to prevent the lactose from being cloying. Malt is grainy and supportive. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a clean fruit impression without harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, smooth texture derived from the lactose. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. No astringency or raw starch texture.
