Appearance. Luminous golden color (5-7 SRM) with a characteristic deep, opaque turbidity. Features a dense, creamy, white head with excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by fresh-cut pineapple, ripe peach, and bright citrus zest. The malt presence is subtle, offering lightly bready and sweet notes, while fermentation esters are fruity and supportive of the hop profile.
Taste. Initial impression is lush and juice-like. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with intense pineapple and stone fruit notes. Malt flavor is low to medium, providing a soft, honey-like sweetness. Bitterness is low to medium-low and smooth, leading to an off-dry, fruity finish without any harshness or hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated, providing a clean mouthfeel devoid of astringency.
