This Kölsch presents a masterclass in subtlety and balance, adhering to tradition through an all-German grist of Pilsner, Vienna, and Chit malt. On the nose, a delicate grainy-sweetness mingles with faint whispers of apple and pear, characteristic of its cool-fermented ale yeast. The addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops contributes a distinctively spicy and herbal signature, weaving through a palate defined by a clean, grassy malt profile.
