Santina Oscuro Destello is a quintessential Irish Stout, presenting a deep, opaque black hue with shimmering garnet highlights. The sensory journey is led by a bold, moderate-intensity aroma of freshly ground coffee and unsweetened cocoa, grounded by the distinctive sharp roast of Roasted Barley and the clean base of Pale Malt. On the palate, it delivers a firm, crisp bitterness that transitions into a bone-dry finish, reminiscent of espresso and dark baker’s chocolate. Its medium-light body and smooth, creamy texture make for an exceptionally drinkable experience, concluding with a clean, lingering roasted grain character and a faint earthy hop presence.
