This American IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey inspired by the Mediterranean Sierra, presenting a golden, semi-transparent pour topped with a dense, cream-colored foam. The aromatic profile leads with a fresh, intense hop presence characterized by bright citrus and distinctive herbal notes reminiscent of wild scrubland, supported by a soft, grainy malt base. On the palate, the experience begins with an intense hop-forward entry that evolves into flavors of aromatic plants and citrus oils. Well-balanced and focused, it maintains a firm bitterness that lingers pleasantly into a dry, clean finish, delivering a classic hop-driven character with moderate complexity.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 6-8 SRM) with semi-transparent clarity and a dense, persistent cream-colored head providing good lacing.
