The sensory profile is defined by a vibrant interplay of zesty orange peel and crushed coriander, which harmonize with sweet, yeast-driven aromas of ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, a soft, bready malt foundation provides a smooth canvas for the complex spice and citrus layers. Appearance. Deep golden color (approximately 5 SRM); naturally cloudy with a significant starch haze; features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity; prominent zesty orange and citrus fruitiness paired with perfumy, peppery coriander. A bready, grainy wheat malt character is present with subtle honey-like sweetness and light esters of ripe stone fruit.

Taste. Initial impression is of soft, bready malt and grainy wheat, followed quickly by zesty orange citrus and herbal coriander spice. Very low hop bitterness allows the fruit and spice to lead. The finish is crisp and dry with a lingering light spice and sweet-grain aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a slight creaminess from the wheat; high, effervescent carbonation provides a refreshing prickle on the tongue. Features a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any astringency or harshness.
