Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM); brilliant clarity; creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high intensity featuring flowery and herbal hop character. Low grainy, sweet, or doughy malt presence with a hint of toasted cracker. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters.
Taste. Initial grainy malt flavor is quickly overcome by a firm hop bitterness and herbal hop notes. Features a crisp, dry finish with a lingering bitterness and a touch of honey-like malt in the aftertaste. Clean fermentation character with a possible light mineral flintiness.
