Esta lager de la serie "Organic" de Samuel Smith, esté elaborada con cebada malteada y lúpulos orgánicos (ambos ingredientes), agua blanda y levadura de fermentación inferior. Gracias a su maduración a bajas temperaturas se enfatiza su suavidad y carácter lupulado. Además, este tipo de maduración permite que las levaduras realicen una segunda fermentación que mejoran el sabor, pureza y estado de la cerveza.

Equilibrada entre el dulce y el amargo, y muy suave
Vista: Cabeza de un tono blanco con una generosa espuma. El cuerpo es de un color amarillo vibrante claro y bien filtrado, sin ninguna neblina fría o levaduras visibles.
Olfato: Aroma a malta dulce, fruta madura y pan, y lúpulos herbáceos.
Gusto: En boca textura cremosa y suave al paladar, con una sensación refrescante, ligera y bien carbonatada.
Sabor equilibrado entre el amargor y dulce de la malta, que se va acentuando según va subiendo de temperatura, y ciertos toques herbáceos.
