This American IPA delivers a crisp, lean profile inspired by the Cold IPA technique of low-temperature fermentation. The result is a brilliantly clean canvas that showcases a bold burst of hop character, leaning into bright citrus, resinous pine, and subtle tropical notes. The malt presence is intentionally restrained, offering a light, grainy foundation that stays out of the way of the assertive bitterness. With its snappy, dry finish and exceptionally clean fermentation, it provides the refreshment of a lager with the aromatic intensity and punchy bitterness expected of a modern hop-forward ale.

Appearance. Brilliant medium gold (6–8 SRM). Topped with a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring grapefruit zest, fresh pine needles, and a hint of melon. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a neutral background. Fermentation profile is very clean, lacking significant esters.

Taste. Strong initial impression of resinous hops and citrus peel supported by a medium-high, crisp bitterness. The malt character is low and grainy with a faint toasted quality. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering hoppy aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is well-integrated.
