This Saison leads with a lively bouquet of cracked black pepper and zesty citrus esters, supported by a subtle, grainy malt foundation reminiscent of fresh-cut hay. The fermentation character is front and center, delivering a sophisticated interplay of pome fruit and earthy, floral continental hops. Its high attenuation results in a bone-dry finish that accentuates a firm hop bitterness, making it exceptionally crisp.
