Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring grapefruit, citrus zest, and resinous pine from the American hop varieties. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma; fermentation character is very clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and clean. Flavor is defined by a light, grainy malt sweetness followed by a refreshing wave of citrus and piney hop flavors. Hop bitterness is low to medium-low but provides enough structure to balance the malt. The finish is short and dry.
