This Hazy IPA delivers an intense, juice-forward sensory profile driven by a trio of powerhouse hops. Mosaic provides deep layers of blueberry and tropical stone fruit, while Citra adds a bright, citrusy punch of grapefruit and lime zest. The New Zealand Riwaka hops elevate the complexity with distinctive passionfruit notes and a hint of floral dankness. Built on a soft, bready malt foundation, the beer exhibits a pillowy texture and a creamy mouthfeel. The fermentation is clean, allowing the vibrant hop esters to shine through a smooth, restrained bitterness, concluding in a lush and succulent tropical finish.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a vibrant glow. Features a thick, rocky, white head with high retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, passionfruit, and tangerine. Citra and Riwaka provide sharp citrus and tropical top notes, while Mosaic adds a berry-like undertone. Malt is low and bready; fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and citrus aroma. Low, grainy malt sweetness supports the hops. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate and very soft, lacking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and juicy with lingering notes of pineapple and citrus pith.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded, and silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. Entirely smooth with no hop-derived astringency or starchy grit.
