Salta Rubia is a refreshing Vienna Lager that balances regional character with traditional European malt structure. It pours an intense golden to light copper hue, topped by a persistent and creamy off-white head. The sensory experience is led by moderately intense aromas of toasted cereal and bready malt, complemented by faint floral hop traces and subtle fruity esters. On the palate, the beer displays a soft, elegant malt complexity with a smooth, harmonic profile. A mild hop bitterness provides a balanced structure, leading into a clean, fairly dry finish that emphasizes its crisp drinkability and slow-matured refinement.
