Salikatt Sunburst is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that captures a tropical landscape in a glass. The sensory profile is headlined by a radiant trio of passion fruit, pineapple, and zesty lime. A clean lactic tartness from the kettle souring process provides a sharp, refreshing backbone that amplifies the fruit’s natural acidity. On the palate, the musky sweetness of passion fruit and the ripe, juicy character of pineapple are balanced by a bright, citrusy punch of lime. Effervescent and light-bodied, it finishes crisp and bone-dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical citrus and sun-drenched fruit.

Appearance. Golden-yellow with a slight hazy luminescence; thin white head with poor retention; negligible lacing.
