Despite its strength, the beer maintains a remarkably smooth and juicy character, balancing a firm bitterness with a clean, fruit-forward finish that masks its potent alcohol content.
Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper with a significant, persistent haze. Features a moderate-sized, creamy white head with excellent lacing and retention.
Aroma. Prominent to intense hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit. Notes of mango, pineapple, and tangerine are layered with a light, resinous pine. A neutral, grainy malt character stays in the background, supporting a clean fermentation profile with light fruity esters.
Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors mirroring the aroma, led by tropical fruit and citrus zest. Bitterness is firm but smooth, lacking any harsh or astringent edges.
