Killdozer is an assertive Double IPA that showcases a masterful balance between a lush, soft malt foundation and an explosive hop profile. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat, it presents a pillowy texture and a pale, luminous appearance. This smooth backdrop serves as the perfect canvas for a double dose of Citra and Citra Cryo hops, which unleash intense layers of sun-ripened grapefruit, zesty lime, and sweet tropical mango. While its 8% ABV provides a gentle warmth, the focus remains on the vibrant, resinous citrus oils and a clean, lingering bitterness that defines this bold collaboration.

Appearance. Pale gold (SRM 6-7); large, frothy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing; hazy to opaque due to the high protein content from oats and wheat.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Citra, providing vivid grapefruit, lime zest, and tropical mango notes; background malt is neutral and slightly grainy; clean fermentation profile with a very light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and resinous citrus. Malt flavor is low but provides a soft, bready support from the wheat and oats. Hop bitterness is firm and moderately high but lacks any harshness. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a long-lasting aftertaste of citrus oils and pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and silky texture from the oats; moderate-high carbonation; smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth without being hot; zero astringency.
