This Hazy IPA showcases technical hop precision through a collaboration with TNS, utilizing cutting-edge extracts alongside traditional pellets. The sensory profile is dominated by an explosion of tropical and citrus notes, where Citra and Galaxy provide a familiar backbone of passionfruit and lime. These are elevated by the specialized Outback Citrulicius in the whirlpool and a potent dry hop of Nectar and Magnifico, resulting in layers of stone fruit and bright orange. A soft, grainy malt base supports the intense hop saturation, finishing with a smooth, velvety texture and a restrained bitterness that prioritizes pure fruit expression and high drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-5 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous, healthy glow; white, rocky, meringue-like head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy passionfruit, mango, and zesty lime. Concentrated stone fruit notes of peach and apricot blend with bright citrus oils. Low bready, grainy malt in the background with a clean, slightly fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of nectarine, tropical punch, and citrus pith. Low to medium-high bitterness that is exceptionally smooth and well-integrated.
