Swish is a vibrant Double IPA that leans into the modern New England style, showcasing a lush, tropical profile. The sensory experience is dominated by the complex hop interplay of Citra, Nelson, and Talus. Citra provides a familiar base of bright grapefruit and lime, while the Nelson adds sophisticated notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberry. The Talus hops contribute a distinctive layer of pink grapefruit and dried rose petals. These hop intensities are supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone and a clean fermentation profile, resulting in a saturated, juice-forward experience with a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence and a soft, lingering bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Opaque with a heavy, persistent haze. Thick, mousse-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring explosive tropical mango and passionfruit from Citra. Distinct vinous, white wine, and gooseberry notes from Nelson are layered with floral rose, sage, and pink grapefruit from Talus. Malt is low and neutral-grainy in the background.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of tropical fruit juice and citrus zest. Nelson contributes a dry white grape character, while Talus adds a unique woody spice and floral grapefruit. Low, supportive bready malt. Bitterness is firm but smooth and well-integrated. Finish is medium-dry and saturated with hop oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, soft, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth that avoids being solventy. No hop-derived astringency.
