Dingus is a high-intensity Double IPA that showcases a saturated sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed application of Citra, Mosaic, and IDAHO 7 hops. These varieties deliver a punchy bouquet of ripe pineapple, mango, and zesty tangerine, grounded by a subtle pine resin. The mouthfeel is notably luxurious; the use of oats provides a silky, substantial weight, while lactose adds a soft, creamy sweetness that balances the hop intensity. This interplay results in a lush, fruit-forward experience where the 8% ABV provides a gentle, supporting warmth behind a dense, hazy presentation of tropical complexity.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (7-9 SRM); opaque haziness with a thick, long-lasting creamy white head and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and mango from Mosaic and citrus zest from Citra alongside pineapple and resinous pine from IDAHO 7. A creamy, sweet milk-like scent from lactose complements a grainy, oat-led malt backbone.

Taste. Explodes with saturated flavors of tropical stone fruit, berry, and citrus. Initial sweetness from lactose and bready oats transitions into a moderate, smooth bitterness that prevents the finish from being cloying.
