This Hazy IPA presents a lush, tropical profile defined by intense hop aromatics and the stone fruit esters of Verdant beer yeast. A substantial grain bill of wheat and oats provides a characteristic opaque appearance and a pillowy, soft foundation. The aromatic profile is dominated by ripe mango, passionfruit, and citrus, while the palate remains remarkably smooth with very subtle bitterness. The addition of maltodextrin enhances the perceived body and sweetness, leading to a succulent, off-dry finish. It captures a modern, juice-forward character where vibrant fruit expressions and a rounded, approachable mouthfeel are the primary focus.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous glow. Thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Pungent tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and stone fruit; light bready, grainy malt in the background. No caramel or toast. Estery fermentation profile that complements the hop character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical aroma. Low to medium-low bready malt flavor. Low perceived bitterness that remains soft and integrated. Finish is off-dry and juicy with a clean, lingering fruit aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and creamy texture from the wheat and oats. Moderate carbonation. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth, lacking any hop-derived astringency.

Esta cerveza es una elaboración de colaboración entre nosotros y la cervecería Rockmill de Gdansk, Polonia. Comienza con la cuenta de granos que está llena de trigo y avena. Crea una textura cremosa y aporta turbidez a la copa. Luego va el lúpulo. Solo las variedades más aromáticas que se asemejan a las frutas tropicales llegan al hervidor y al fermentador. El amargor es muy sutil. Lo que buscamos es el sabor y el aroma. La levadura de cerveza Verdant hace que esta cerveza sea aún más afrutada y turbia. Para endulzar las cosas, usamos una pequeña cantidad de maltodextrina no fermentable que hace que esta cerveza tenga un sabor más suave.
