Falling Up is a lush Hazy IPA that showcases a vibrant hop interplay between Citra and Strata. This expressive profile opens with a saturated bouquet of ripe passionfruit, bright lime zest, and sweet mango, underscored by a characteristic berry-like depth and a whisper of dankness. The palate is similarly fruit-forward, delivering layers of tropical juice and citrus oil against a soft, bready malt backdrop. With its signature opaque appearance and a pillowy, medium-full body, the beer balances its hop intensity with a restrained bitterness, culminating in a smooth, off-dry finish that emphasizes juice-like drinkability over sharp resin.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; glowing, opaque orange-gold with a dense, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent notes of ruby red grapefruit, lime peel, and mango from the Citra hops, complemented by the distinctive passionfruit and light herbal-dankness of Strata. Clean, bready malt provides a subtle, neutral foundation with faint fruity esters.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit juice. Citra provides a sharp citrus and tropical core, while Strata adds complexity with layers of strawberry and melon. Malt flavor is low and bready, serving as a platform for the hops. Bitterness is low-moderate and exceptionally smooth, leading to a clean, lingering fruity finish without harshness.
