Sailor Pilsen offers a nautical interpretation of the traditional German Pils. It presents a brilliant deep yellow hue topped with a resilient, creamy white foam. The aromatic profile is led by assertive herbal and spicy hop notes, grounded by a clean, cracker-like malt character and a unique, subtle briny essence derived from the artisanal infusion of sea algae. On the palate, the initial grainy sweetness is swiftly balanced by a firm, refreshing bitterness.
