This 4% dark lager presents a masterful balance of sessionability and depth, drawing on Czech tank-pub traditions for a exceptionally fresh presentation. It features a rich foundation of Munich malts, delivering evocative aromas of toasted bread crusts and a delicate hint of milk chocolate. The pour is deep mahogany with garnet tints, topped by a dense, creamy tan head characteristic of a side-pull pour. On the palate, the flavors are malt-centric and soft, showcasing bready sweetness and a touch of hazelnut without any harsh roast or burnt notes. A clean fermentation and a subtle, spicy herbal hop character lead to a smooth, medium-dry finish. Reference the style as a Munich Dunkel.
