This West Coast IPA presents a punchy sensory profile that highlights a vibrant hop trio within a clean, modern framework. The aromatic intensity is high, showcasing the tropical fruit and berry depth of Mosaic alongside the sharp, classic grapefruit character of Citra. A unique, lemony, and floral top note from Sorachi Ace adds a sophisticated herbal complexity to the profile. The palate is defined by its bright, assertive hop presence and a lean, grainy malt backbone that allows the bitterness to shine. It culminates in a long, resinous, and distinctly pithy grapefruit finish that remains crisp and refreshingly dry.

Appearance. Medium gold (6-8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit peel, blueberry, and mango, complemented by a unique lemony and herbal character. Supporting these is a low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence and a clean fermentation profile with no noticeable esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of citrus and tropical fruit. Hop flavors of grapefruit and lemon dominate, balanced by a low, neutral, crackery malt base. Bitterness is medium-high to firm (approx. 50-60 IBU) but clean. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, resinous, and pithy grapefruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the refreshing quality. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated at 6% ABV, with no harshness or astringency.
