This Specialty IPA is a vibrant collision of Continental tradition and New World hop intensity. Driven by the Belgian Ardennes yeast strain, the sensory profile opens with distinctive spicy phenols and a subtle earthy funk. A complex hop bill featuring Columbus, Amarillo, German Tettnanger, and Citra delivers a pungent layer of grapefruit, pithy citrus, and old-school herbal notes. The 95% lager malt base ensures the focus remains on the interplay between yeast and hops, providing a lean, refreshingly crisp structure. It finishes bone-dry with a lingering citrus zest, standing as a sharp, aromatic alternative to modern hazy trends.
Appearance.Deep gold color (7 SRM). Large, persistent, rocky white head with excellent lacing. Slight haze typical of Belgian yeast strains, though generally clear and bright.

Malt flavor is very low, presenting as a crackery, clean backdrop for the hops. High bitterness is firm and crisp. Finishes very dry with a lingering herbal and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel.Medium-light body with high carbonation providing a lively, prickly sensation. Subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. Refreshingly crisp with no astringency.
