This Wild Specialty Beer delivers a dessert-inspired experience, balancing the sharp, citrusy zing of lime juice against a rich, velvety backdrop. Soured with Lactobacillus, the profile leads with a clean, refreshing tartness that evokes key lime curd. A heavy grist of oats and a generous addition of lactose create a substantial, pastry-like structure, while vanilla provides a smoothing, aromatic sweetness reminiscent of a buttery graham cracker crust.
