Utilizing an authentic German Hefeweizen Yeast, this beer delivers a vibrant sensory profile defined by a robust interplay of banana and clove. The aroma is highly expressive, leading with ripe tropical fruit and delicate spicy phenols. On the palate, expect a soft, bready foundation from the wheat grist, harmonizing with the yeast-driven esters. Appearance. Pours a hazy pale gold with a brilliant sheen. It is crowned by a massive, moussy, long-lasting white head that leaves persistent lacing.

We’ve brewed a traditional German Hefeweizen recipe with Pilsner malt, wheat and just a touch of Vienna for a warm toasty note. Fermented with an authentic German hefeweizen yeast to provide tons of banana and clove esters. It pours hazy and is bursting with fruit and spicy aromas with a thick white head and a spritzy level of carbonation. A perfect beer to session when the suns out.
