This indulgent Wild Specialty Beer captures the essence of the classic dessert through an intensive addition of Strawberry, Blueberry, and Raspberry purees. A substantial grist of Wheat and Oats establishes a dense, velvety foundation that supports the Eton Mess theme. High-intensity aromas of fresh berry jam and creamy Vanilla lead into a flavor profile defined by succulent fruit sweetness and a distinctive sherbet-like tartness. Fermented with a Lacto culture, the beer balances its rich, jammy depth with a refreshingly crisp acidity, resulting in a complex, multi-layered sensory profile that mimics the decadent textures and bright flavors of its namesake.

Appearance. Deep ruby-pink to purple; heavy haze from fruit solids and grains; thick, pinkish-white head with moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant fresh Strawberry and Raspberry notes with a darker Blueberry depth; sweet Vanilla bean; clean, lactic tartness; light bready Wheat and grainy Oats.

Taste. Initial wave of jammy mixed berries; mid-palate features creamy Vanilla and sweet, doughy malt; moderate lactic acidity provides a sherbet-like zing; negligible hop bitterness; lingering fruity and tart finish.
