This massive Imperial Stout delivers a decadent sensory experience, merging the robust character of a traditional strong dark ale with the indulgent essence of raw cookie dough. At 14% ABV, it presents an intense aromatic profile of vanilla, sweet dough, and semi-sweet chocolate, underpinned by deep-seated roast notes of cocoa and espresso. The massive additions of barley and wheat create a remarkably thick, viscous texture that coats the palate. While the roast provides a necessary counterpoint to the sugary sweetness, the finish remains long and warming, leaving a lingering impression of dessert-like complexity and dark fruit esters typical of the style.

Appearance. SRM 40+. Jet black and completely opaque. Pours with a dense, dark tan head with moderate retention that leaves thick legs on the glass due to high alcohol and viscosity.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant notes of vanilla bean and brown sugar mimic fresh cookie dough, layered over a base of bittersweet chocolate and toasted grain. Subtle dark fruit esters of plum and raisin are present, alongside a clean, moderate alcohol warmth and very low earthy hops.

Taste. Initial impression is intensely sweet and doughy, transitioning into rich flavors of milk chocolate and charred malt. A moderate hop bitterness provides some balance to the heavy malt sweetness, though the finish remains sweet and lingering. Complex notes of cocoa and a hint of black licorice emerge as it warms, with a velvety mouthcoating quality.

Mouthfeel. Very full-bodied and chewy with a luscious, velvety texture enhanced by the high wheat content. Carbonation is low to moderate. A significant, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, lacking any harsh solvent notes.
