RYGR Hugin Chocolate Brownie is een indrukwekkende imperial stout met een alcoholpercentage van 15%, gebrouwen met een unieke cold mash-techniek en rijping op bourbonvaten. Deze robuuste stout wordt geleverd in een 33cl blik en is ontwikkeld voor de liefhebber van diepe, volle smaken.
Het bier is gebrouwen met grote hoeveelheden gerstemout en tarwe, wat zorgt voor een volle body en romige textuur. De toevoeging van speciaal geselecteerde cacaonibs uit Costa Rica – afkomstig van Nortico – voegt een intense chocolade-ervaring toe. Deze cacaonibs worden eerst gefermenteerd en geroosterd om perfect aan te sluiten op het smaakprofiel van deze krachtige stout.
De rijping op bourbonvaten brengt complexe lagen van vanille, eikenhout en een subtiele alcoholwarmte, die mooi samengaan met de chocolade- en koffietonen. Het resultaat is een rijk, gelaagd bier dat perfect past bij koude avonden, als digestief of bij een luxe dessert.
