Rye & Pint’s Le Mimosa reimagines the Belgian Golden Strong Ale as a vibrant, brunch-inspired refresher. Infused with luscious orange purée and fermented with Brut yeast, it captures a sparkling, champagne-like essence. The aroma is a bright bouquet of zesty citrus and delicate pear esters characteristic of the style, underpinned by faint herbal hop notes. On the palate, the neutral Pilsner malt base allows the tart orange and peppery yeast phenols to shine, leading to an exceptionally bone-dry and crisp finish.
