Glass Shadows is a quintessentially bright and assertive West Coast IPA that showcases a high-intensity hop profile driven by Mosaic and Citra. The sensory experience opens with a pungent bouquet of tropical mango, blueberry, and sharp citrus zest. On the palate, a lean backbone constructed from house base malt and a touch of dextrin malt provides a crisp, clean canvas for the hops to shine. Assertive bitterness is balanced by flavors of grapefruit and resinous pine, leading into a bone-dry, refreshing finish. It exemplifies the American IPA style with its hop-forward balance, vibrant fruit character, and polished, lingering bitterness.
