This Gose-based shandy is a vibrant, ultra-refreshing collaboration defined by its bright, garden-fresh profile. The base Gose provides a doughy Pilsner and wheat malt foundation, which is elevated by the addition of zesty lime, crisp cucumber, and a cool mint soda. Aromas of freshly squeezed citrus and herbal mint lead into a palate where tangy lactic acidity meets a subtle, mouthwatering sea salt character. The coriander adds a light spicy complexity that bridges the botanical elements. Effortlessly light and highly effervescent, it finishes bone-dry with a lingering snap of lime and a clean, tingly salinity.
Appearance. Pale straw to yellow (3 SRM). Hazy to cloudy appearance with a moderate, frothy white head that shows fair retention; persistent effervescence is visible.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring bright, zesty lime and cool cucumber. Beneath the fruit lies a light bready, doughy wheat malt presence and a hint of spicy coriander. Very low floral mint notes provide a refreshing herbal lift. Clean lactic sourness with no hop aroma.
