This signature American IPA captures a vibrant, hop-forward profile, balancing an approachable 5.5% ABV with a punchy sensory presence. The experience is dominated by juicy tropical fruit notes, evocative of mango and passionfruit, which lead the charge against a backdrop of clean, grainy malt. Fermentation is impeccably tidy, allowing the New World hop character to remain the focal point from start to finish. A crisp, dryish finish highlights a firm bitterness that cleanses the palate without lingering harshly. It is a refreshing and aromatic ale, delivering bright hop intensity with a smooth, medium-bodied structure.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with excellent clarity; crowned by a persistent, off-white, medium-sized head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, mango, and subtle citrus notes. Background malt is low, presenting as clean cracker and light graininess with a very clean fermentation profile.
