Appearance. Pale straw (3-4 SRM) with a hazy, unfiltered appearance. Features a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head that leaves significant Belgian lace on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a mix of citrusy esters and the specific peppery, floral spice of grains of paradise. The wine and Belgian ale yeasts contribute notes of white grape, lemon, and a hint of clove. Malt is low and lightly grainy, reflecting the rustic wheat character.
